In this role, you will be part of a fast‑paced housing applications advice service, supporting new and transferring customers through a smooth and positive lettings journey. The work involves meeting targets and deadlines, ensuring all application tasks are completed in line with allocation policies and legal requirements. It also includes keeping customer information accurate and up to date in our systems, while working closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver a service that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
