Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external customers to understand requirements and propose effective, application-based solutions.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality quotations on time in coordination with business development managers, sales teams, legal, PMO, and factory teams.
  • Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Participate in pre- and post-order technical discussions with sales, PMO, product management, and business stakeholders where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Review project requirements carefully and seek clarification or approvals from relevant stakeholders prior to submitting proposals.
  • Ensure timely offer submissions while adhering to Delegation of Authority (DOA) compliance processes.
  • Effectively manage priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of isolation valve products, actuators, and instrumentation components.
  • Familiarity with testing methods, including destructive and non-destructive testing.
  • Understanding of metallurgy, material science, and fluid mechanics concepts.
