We are looking for an Application Service Engineer. This role will be responsible for performing digital service operations for HUB operations.

Progress data-driven / digital services for national and international projects.

What are my responsibilities?

• Handling all tickets, which are dispatched by global operations/countries/end-users.
• Applying specific data-driven/digital services for customers and following all reports.
• Joining digital transformation applications for internal process and customer projects.
• Contacting EU organizations and portfolio/product managers.
• Responsible for increasing own technical and application skills to improve service quality and transfer the knowledge to all groups.
• Testing all new hardware and software technologies in the related area and applying them.
• Performing the technical onboarding and maintenance service operations remotely.
• Understanding the customer’s needs and taking necessary actions to create appropriate solutions.
• Systems often generate large amounts of data. Software engineers analyze this data to gain insights into energy efficiency, fault diagnosis and system performance, among other aspects.
• Supplying creative feedback to increase the quality of service operations and processes.
• Being part of CI & developing for internal/external processes
• Integrating AI into daily operations and capitalizing on every chance to increase productivity

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Very good command of English both written and spoken.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Cloud Applications
• Analytical thinking and agile methodologies knowledge.
• Knowledge in networking and IT skills
• Knowledge in cybersecurity and info security.
• DesigoCC family knowledge is an advantage.
• BuildingX, Navigator, SPM etc. knowledge is must.
• cRSP knowledge is a must.
• PowerBI knowledge is a must.
• Programming knowledge is an advantage
• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
• No restrictions for short- or long-term travel and accommodation for national/international projects and trainings.
