Responsibilities:

• Provide application and operational support to ensure service level continuity
• 
  Manage monitoring systems and alarm handling processes
• 
  Develop tools and automation solutions to improve service management and operational control
• 
  Analyze and resolve internal and external incidents and problems, both technical and functional
• 
  Understand and support application workflows and functional analysis processes
• 
  Analyze, document, and improve internal processes and support tools
• 
  Provide application support during business hours, participating in a remote night-time on-call rotation shared with the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
• 
  Strong SQL knowledge
• 
  Knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems from a user/support perspective
• 
  Combination of technical and functional competencies
• 
  Intermediate to advanced scripting skills, namely Shell/Bash and/or Python
• 
  Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• 
  Ability to work in critical and service-oriented environments
• Experience with monitoring and incident management tools
  
• 
  Knowledge of automation and operational optimization practices
  
• 
  Previous experience in enterprise or high-availability environments
