Responsibilities:
Accountable for the organization’s applications start to end process:
• Responsible for ticketed query system and ensures comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
• Provide technical support to teams within the organization.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
• Interact effectively with users to solve problems and advises on best practices for using the system.
• Establish, enforce, and maintain data entry standards.
• Assist in training for staff and faculty.
• Support students in accessing and using their systems.
• Create reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
• Assist with systems integration.
• Assist in implementing new solutions as per the business needs
Coordinate with the vendors & other IT functions:
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Assist in designing new projects as per business needs.
• Align and test new projects with the vendors
Ensure a high level of the security & governance:
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies & procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Business Informatics or in any relevant field.
Years of Experience 3 to 6 years
Skills & Competencies:
• Verbal and written communication skills

• Good ability to handle stress
• High ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
Technical Competencies:
• Has a good SQL background
• Has a good understanding of HTML
• Has a fair PHP background
• Possess high level of testing techniques and scenarios
