Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented
Senior
Application Support Specialist
to support complex data management and
application activities within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role
focuses on ensuring data accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and supporting
integration across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
application support, identity management, and managing sensitive data across
interconnected systems, while strictly following documented procedures and
governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform
  complex data management activities, ensuring strict adherence to
  established procedures, controls, and approvals.
• 
  Review,
  validate, and update records, including decommissioning inactive user and
  organization accounts.
• 
  Analyze
  data discrepancies and execute approved record-level updates with full
  verification steps.
• 
  Manage
  data across 10–12 systems while ensuring compliance with security and
  privacy requirements.
• 
  Identify,
  document, and escalate anomalies, inconsistencies, and edge cases before
  making changes.
• 
  Maintain
  accurate documentation within ticketing and tracking systems in accordance
  with standards.
• 
  Support
  implementation of updated data indicators and frameworks.
• 
  Participate
  in team training sessions and ensure alignment with evolving procedures.
• 
  Ensure
  all actions, decisions, and escalations are fully documented for audit and
  traceability purposes.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

• 
  5+
  years of experience with
  BMC Helix
  (or similar ITSM tools),
  including ticketing and custom modules.
• 
  5+
  years of experience with
  identity and access management tools
  (e.g., NetIQ or similar).
• 
  5+
  years working with
  client/customer data management systems
  .
• 
  Hands-on
  experience managing data at the individual record level.
• 
  Strong
  analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• 
  Experience
  working in highly complex, multi-system environments.
• 
  Proven
  ability to follow detailed procedures without deviation.
• 
  Strong
  discipline in performing repetitive, high-risk data updates with accuracy.
• 
  Experience
  identifying anomalies and escalating issues appropriately.

  troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• 
  Knowledge
  of IT privacy, security standards, and compliance environments.
• 
  Ability
  to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Deliverables

  and apply system processes, data flows, and governance protocols.

  organizational data and generate discrepancy reports.

  approved data corrections and updates across systems.

  and update user and organization records, including decommissioning.

  Complete
  assigned large-scale data cleanup and transformation initiatives.

  work model (subject to change based on business needs).

  must be completed within Ontario due to system access restrictions.

  office setup must meet security and connectivity requirements.

  Equipment
  will be provided; additional peripherals are the candidate's
  responsibility.
