Job Description

Support the evaluation and administration of applications for programmes or schemes. This role involves reviewing submissions, managing workflows, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Review and assess applications for completeness and eligibility
• 
  Manage application workflows, including data entry, tracking, and documentation
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to clarify submissions
• 
  Maintain accurate records of application status and outcomes
• 
  Respond to enquiries and provide guidance on application requirements
• 
  Support preparation of reports, summaries, and basic analysis
• 
  Assist in organising briefings, workshops, or stakeholder sessions
• 
  Develop supporting materials such as guides, FAQs, and communication content
• 
  Provide feedback to improve application quality and alignment
• 
  Identify trends and support continuous process improvements
• 
  Support general administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, evaluation, outreach, or programme support
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
• 
  Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Experience working with stakeholders across different groups
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital tools
• 
  Experience in application processing, reporting, or public-facing programmes is an advantage
• 
  Able to work independently and proactively

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)

Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
