Job Description

  1. To provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications used across group functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement.
  2. The role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.
  1. Provide L1 and L2 support for application issues and interfaces.
  2. Ensure service improvements and adherence to SLAs/OLAs. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
  3. Support audits and regulatory reporting.
  4. Monitor performance and availability of group applications (ERP, HRMS, Risk tools).
  5. Perform daily health checks, log reviews, and diagnostics.
  6. Support upgrades, patches, and config changes.
  7. Document root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
  8. Liaise with Finance, HR, Risk teams to resolve issues.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and IT for fixes and enhancements.
  10. Participate in UAT and deployments.
  11. Identify automation opportunities and improve support workflows.
  12. Contribute to performance tuning and optimization.

Qualification needed: BTECH/ BCA/ BCS

Min Exp: 5 years

Max Exp: 8 years

3+ years of experience inapplication support and IT operations
