Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Monitor interfaces between CONCUR, ESKER, CITIDIRECT, and ORACLE, ensuring swift coordination and resolution of any issues with vendor(s) and the technical support team.
• Generate CONCUR reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Prepare and deliver KPI reports for FSO, Subsidiaries, and Head of FSO on a monthly basis.
• Handle routine application‑related queries and issues for CONCUR, ESKER, and CITIDIRECT in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with finance teams and application users across departments / subsidiaries.
• Provide high-quality support services with professionalism and efficiency in handling customer queries.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regional standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 - 2 years working experience
• Familiarity with CONCUR / ESKER / CITIDIRECT / Oracle is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, Accounting, or related field.
• Basic-intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Basic communication skills when dealing with users
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Able to independently handle routine operational tasks after training
