What You'll do:
- Provide functional and operational support for applications running in distributed microservices environments.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring platform stability and service continuity.
-Support and troubleshoot APIs, identifying issues and coordinating resolutions across teams when required.
- Perform application issue analysis using logs, monitoring tools, and available diagnostics.
- Work with ITSM platforms to manage incidents, requests, problems, and change-related activities.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Support application monitoring activities and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Provide out-of-hours support when required to ensure critical service availability.
Who You Are:
- You have more than 3 years of experience providing application support in distributed microservices environments.
- You have experience working with containerized platforms, preferably OpenShift.
- You have experience supporting APIs, ideally using IBM API Connect.
- You possess a good understanding of SQL and are comfortable performing basic data analysis and troubleshooting.
- You have experience working with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
- You are familiar with frontend application triage and troubleshooting, preferably in React and/or Angular environments.
- You have experience using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, such as Dynatrace.
- You are comfortable consulting and analyzing application logs, preferably through Kibana.
- You have working knowledge of Python for automation, troubleshooting, or support-related activities.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across multiple systems and components.
- You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are organized, service-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- You are available to participate in out-of-hours support and on-call activities when required.
