Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly resolving technical challenges. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain business continuity and support operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Experience in managing and maintaining server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple system components.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures within server infrastructures.
• Understanding of network protocols and their impact on server operations.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
