This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system stability and performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain seamless operations. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, where challenges are met with effective solutions to support critical business functions and minimize disruptions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to security event monitoring and incident response.
- Experience with log management, threat detection, and security incident analysis.
- Ability to work with various security tools and technologies to support enterprise security infrastructure.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex software and system issues within critical business environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
