Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly addressing disruptions. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain business continuity and support operational efficiency through effective problem resolution and system oversight.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of incidents impacting business operations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.
- Continuously evaluate and improve incident management processes to enhance team performance and system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating incident response and managing escalation procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect system anomalies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
