Join Rewardsco as an Application Support Consultant

Solve, Support, Succeed – Be the Backbone of Our IT Excellence

We're looking for Application Support Consultants to provide essential technical and application support to our Outbound, Inbound, and International Sales Divisions. Your goal is to maximise user productivity, ensure system stability, and deliver exceptional service across the business. You will be responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across desktops, applications, connectivity, and system integrations, while maintaining adherence to IT standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, software, Windows OS, email systems, authentication systems, and user profiles
  • Provide application support for Rewardsco’s internal sales platforms, CRM systems, dialler-integrated tools, and web applications
  • Attend to issues affecting productivity across the Outbound Sales Division and escalate where necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, browser, and application issues ensuring minimal downtime
  • Track, manage, and maintain hardware assets assigned to the IT Department
  • Support software deployments, updates, and patches for Microsoft and third-party systems
  • Ensure security standards are upheld on all user devices, including patching, compliance, and policy adherence
  • Assist with documentation of procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides
  • Co-ordinate small technical and application projects, including rollouts, migrations, and system enhancements
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service to all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Matric is essential
  • CompTIA A+ and N+ (non-negotiable)
  • Studying towards or completed IT Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum of 2–3 years Desktop Support experience
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities from OS to application layer
  • Experience in high-volume environments (call centre advantageous)
  • Clear criminal record
