We are currently seeking a Application Support and Maintenance - Healthcare Provider to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Hyperion Administrator / Oracle EPM Support Consultant

We are seeking a Hyperion Administrator with hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion administration and basic functional knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS and Planning/Budgeting). The primary responsibility is to administer and maintain the Hyperion environment while providing L1/L2 production support for Oracle EPM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Oracle Hyperion environments, including user provisioning, security, application monitoring, backups, migrations, and scheduled jobs.

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot environment issues, and coordinate with Oracle or infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Oracle EPM FCCS and Planning/Budgeting applications.

• Resolve user queries, data load issues, metadata-related issues, security requests, and routine application errors within agreed SLAs.

• Support month-end and budget/planning cycles by monitoring scheduled jobs and ensuring application availability.

• Perform application migrations between environments using Lifecycle Management (LCM) and maintain deployment documentation.

• Work closely with business users and the L3 support team to escalate complex functional or technical issues when required.

• Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Required Skills

• Experience in Oracle Hyperion Administration.

• Basic functional knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS and Planning/Budgeting).

• Experience with user security, LCM migrations, EPM Automate, data management, and routine application administration.

• Familiarity with ITIL-based AMS processes, incident, service request, and problem management.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
