Opportunity Snapshot

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced

application support, incident resolution, and operational excellence for the Apollo

CRM, Cyclops and associated systems within the Customer and Business

Operations (CBO) domain. The Application Support Analyst ensures the smooth

operation, stability, and optimal performance of business applications. The role

acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders and helps

maximise application value and minimise downtime.

What you’ll need to make it possible 

  • Typically require a tertiary qualification in an IT discipline
  • Strong Apollo CRM and Cyclops support background.
  • Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and bespoke/custom application support (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of incidents, problem, and change management processes (ITIL framework preferred)
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining knowledge documentation and SOPs
  • Experience in release management activities in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot applications, data, and integration issues effectively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
