Computershare Technology Services (CTS) provides global technology and infrastructure/support services for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products.

A role you will love

• Take ownership of the end-to-end support and management of business-critical systems, investigating incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, monitoring system health, and ensuring maximum service availability.
• Lead production releases, deployments, and system upgrades, ensuring changes are delivered smoothly, risks are effectively managed, and services remain stable throughout the change lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Development, Infrastructure, and external vendors to support projects, resolve technical challenges, manage environments, and drive successful service transitions into live operations.
• Play a key role in major business events, data migrations, and capacity planning activities, ensuring systems are prepared, scalable, and capable of meeting business demands.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers by providing clear communication, timely updates, and trusted technical expertise during incidents, projects, and service improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing recurring issues, performing root cause investigations, maintaining knowledge bases and documentation, and implementing enhancements that improve service quality, efficiency, and user experience.

What will you bring to the role?

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant IT related role
• Strong Interpersonal Skills - a good team player
• Significant experience in a relevant Business or IT related support role
• Strong Analytical, Troubleshooting and debugging Skills, with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats
• Strong Customer facing and Communication Skills - Written and Verbal, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills - A Good Team Player with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international clients
• experience of working in an IT Department
• Experience of business analysis, release management and service delivery
• Understanding of ITIL framework, SDLC and DevOps concepts and methodologies
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL and/or Oracle DB/Server
• Experience with Web technologies or similar (HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Web Services)
