In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor applicatievragen en bied je eerstelijnsondersteuning aan onze gebruikers. Je denkt mee over oplossingen, volgt wijzigingen en verbeteringen op en helpt onze business applicaties verder te optimaliseren. Dankzij jouw analytisch inzicht en hands-on aanpak zorg je mee voor een stabiele, gebruiksvriendelijke en toekomstgerichte omgeving.
Je ondersteunt collega’s bij vragen en problemen rond business applicaties.
Je behandelt first-line support en schakelt vlot door waar nodig.
Je beheert applicaties en volgt change requests, updates en verbeterprojecten op.
Je denkt mee over reporting, databeheer en procesoptimalisatie.
Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe partners in een multi-site omgeving.
Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in applicatiebeheer, functionele analyse of support.
Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Microsoft FSCM of Navision is een plus.
Interesse of ervaring in reporting tools zoals Power BI, en in EDI/API-integraties.
Je bent hulpvaardig en flexibel, en je voelt je goed in een teamomgeving.
Je bent communicatief sterk en analytisch aangelegd.
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Our products undergo several controls, from the receipt of the ingredients and the delivery to your doorstep, during which we check the recipe, finish, packaging, temperature, etc. Lab analyses are performed on a regular basis. Besides this, Hamlet also regularly organises safety, quality and ethical audits.

Two own plants produce up to 25 tons of chocolate every day
Our production centers, A&A Chocolaterie (figurines and tablets) and Pralinart (pralines) pride themselves on the quality of their products. Every day, our in-house R&D team works on developing new products. Further training and investment in ultra-modern machinery mean we can rely on state-of-the-art production facilities.
