We're a small but fast-moving support development team sitting at the intersection of technology and business. You'll be the third person on the team, working closely with the team lead on a wide range of support tasks — from investigating and fixing data issues to coordinating with internal stakeholders to get things resolved quickly and correctly.
This isn't a pure tech role and it isn't a pure ops role — it's both. If you're someone who can query a database, make sense of what you find, and then clearly explain the situation to a risk manager or sales rep, you'll thrive here.
