Senior Business System Specialist will maintain and support core line of business applications.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and support core line of business applications.Configuration and set-up according to Business RequirementsVendor management and communicationMonitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems.Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projectsCore systems major upgradesDocumenting changes and design of the applicationChange managementProvide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholdersPerform other tasks as necessary to support team developmentAny other duties in the scope of the role

Skills / experience

3 – 5 years experience in a support roleExcellent team playerImprovement initiativesProactivityPerformance and process driven mindset Root cause analysisMicrosoft technologies and architectureSQLIISServer platformsGood written and verbal communications skills (English)Highly motivated with ability to multitaskFrontInvest Capital Tracker system knowledge is a plus;Ability to train new team members
