The Application Specialist III is a senior-level role responsible for the advanced management, optimization, and support of critical software applications across the organization. This position requires in-depth expertise to oversee the full lifecycle of application implementation, integration, and performance. The Application Specialist III works closely with business leaders and technical teams to align applications with organizational goals, drive system improvements, and implement best practices. This role leads complex troubleshooting efforts, coordinates application upgrades and enhancements, and provides mentoring to junior team members. Additionally, the Application Specialist III supports cross-functional projects, ensuring the seamless integration of applications within broader business processes and workflows.
Position Duties: -Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of complex software applications across the organization
-Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and provide high-level troubleshooting for critical applications problems
-Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to application rollouts, upgrades, and integration with other business systems
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, management information systems, or a related field is strongly preferred but relevant experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working with the current ERP/related software systems is required. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
