Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Coordinate and actively contribute to product development projects within desserts and nutritional beverage applications
• Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and application support to customers globally
• Support daily customer and sales organization needs with application expertise and solution‑oriented guidance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and related literature
• Create sales support materials such as concepts, presentations, and application insights
• Manage and respond to technical service requests in a structured and timely manner
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure effective project execution and knowledge sharing

What Makes You the Right Fit

• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience within dairy, beverages, or food ingredient/raw material supply
• Proven experience working with food ingredients and food processing technologies
• Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global team environment
• Experience providing technical service and application support to customers
• Structured, organized working style with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 30 days per year

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience within dessert or nutritional beverage applications
• Proficiency in an additional European language
• Strong presentation and customer‑facing communication skills
