超音場診断装置の対応が主要業務となりますが、クリニカルアプリケーションの職務としては、超音波セールスサポート/デモサポート/納品後のお客様サポート/お客様向けトレーニング/製品フィードバックで、主なものは以下の通りです。
Required Qualifications
超音波セールスサポート:販売前に営業と連携し専門的スキルを活用した、セールスのサポート業務
-デモサポート:医療機関に超音波装置を持ち込んだデモンストレーションの実施またはサポート業務
-デモ機のプリセットや画像調整:お客様の使用状況に合わせた超音波装置をカスタマイズの実施
-納品後のお客様サポート:製品を購入いただいて後の、使用方法やカスタマイズについてのアフターフォローの実施
-お客様向けトレーニング:お客様に対する、臨床的・工学的・トレンドからの情報等の勉強会の開催
-製品フィードバック:より良い製品開発につなげるために、開発部門へ、お客様の声をフィードバック情報として提供
-カスタマーコールセンターのサポート:電話などのリモート環境からの、お客様からの問い合わせ対応
-学会での展示説明員、講習会でのデモ機操作サポート
