About the Role
Drives strategic initiatives for Operations while ensuring compliance to regulatory and compliance requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Insurance operation support, transformation and Digitalization/Applications projects:
Support strategic initiatives such as process automation and cross-department projects while ensuring compliance with IA and GIA requirements.
Enable AI-driven workflows and technology adoption through accurate requirement specification and business analysis.
Provides support to senior management on the planning of department initiatives including allocating resources, identifying potential risks and setting up expected project deliverables
Leads dynamic project team members to work on the full cycle of project execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project objectives with simpler, faster, more connected and agility solutions.
Interact with end users, confirm business requirements, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria
Leads the project team, maintains a positive and cooperative team spirit, delivers training on subject matter expertise to different parties
Collaborate the project team with agility project management approach, plan and guiding project process, encourage and support a project team member to promote closer working relationships, knowledge transfer, share potential challenges and coordinate efforts to resolve difficult or time-consuming issues.
Minimum Job Requirements:
University degree holder (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields) with minimum 7 years of working experience in insurance companies
Domain knowledge in life insurance operations and regulatory compliance, expertise in process automation
Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, drive project progress
Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, able to contribute simpler and faster solutions and always puts customer at the center of decision making and day-to-day operation
Proactively provides simpler, faster, more connected and agility solutions with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
