Application Solution Architect – ServiceNow

We are looking for an Application Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of a ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) platform supporting enterprise Facility Management and Asset Management. You will bridge business and technology by defining scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design the functional and technical architecture for the ServiceNow WSD platform.
• 
  Define data models for assets, buildings, spaces, contracts, suppliers, vehicles, and inventory.
• 
  Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices.
• 
  Design workflows for asset management, inventory, and facility management processes.
• 
  Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and development teams.
• 
  Oversee security, governance, performance, maintainability, and integration testing.
• 
  Develop migration strategies and support data migration activities.
• 
  Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, code reviews, and application modernization.
• 
  Produce technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution or application architecture.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow application architecture experience.
• 
  Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
• 
  Experience with enterprise architecture, data modeling, DevSecOps, security, and application integration.
• 
  Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• 
  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 
  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IT Service Management
• 
  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources Service Delivery
• 
  ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) certification is a plus.

Languages

• 
  Active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English
