of our role
We’re looking for a supportive and collaborative Application Service Delivery – Enterprise Systems to help keep our field service systems running smoothly and continuously improving. In this 24 month fixed-term role, you’ll be the friendly connector between our business teams, architects, vendors, and support partners—making sure solutions are well‑designed, well‑supported, and set up for long‑term success.
You’ll help protect our production systems, guide new solutions into BAU, and ensure integrations follow our architecture standards. Using ITIL practices, you’ll nurture service stability, manage incidents and changes with care, and encourage ongoing enhancements.
We’d love someone who communicates openly, solves problems with confidence, and brings a customer‑first mindset. Experience with FSM platforms (like IFS, Salesforce Field Service, or ServiceNow) is a bonus. Some travel to our Victorian depots will help you connect with teams, support deployments, and build great relationships.
