Job

The Application QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise application solutions through comprehensive testing activities. This role supports the full application lifecycle, working closely with business partners, developers, and IT teams to validate functional and non-functional requirements.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for application testing initiatives.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across enterprise applications.
  • Execute automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and Playwright
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and clearly document issues, risks, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and validate application behavior.
  • Support testing activities within Waterfall methodology projects.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, execution tracking, and reporting.
  • Validate integrations and end‑to‑end business flows involving Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS), Salesforce, and Capital Stream applications.
  • Ensure testing activities comply with IT quality standards, processes, and documentation requirements.

Education requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Information or equivalent degree.
  • Advanced English proficiency for cross‑site and global collaboration.

What skills you will have:

  • Experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on application testing and QA activities.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
  • Proven experience with test automation tools, specifically UFT and Playwright
  • Solid understanding and experience working with Waterfall project methodology
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work assignments effectively.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Top candidates will also have:

  • Experience testing complex, highly integrated enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with system integration testing and end‑to‑end business process validation.
  • Experience working in global or multi‑regional IT environments.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on quality, automation, and process optimization.

Additional Information:

  • This position will be in Santa Maria Office at Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
  • This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.
