Application Project Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Salary Range: Up to 80,000 THB

About the Role

The Application
Project Manager will lead and manage business application development projects,
ensuring quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met. This role requires
strong coordination with Japanese and Thai teams and the ability to communicate
fluently in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle
  for application development initiatives.
• Define project scope, budget,
  and timeline in coordination with clients.
• Manage requirement gathering,
  design, testing, and delivery phases.
• Facilitate communication
  between Japanese and Thai development teams.
• Ensure quality standards and
  project documentation are maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in
  application development or project management.
• Native Thai language speaker
  with business-level Japanese and English communication (JLPT N2 or above).
• Strong understanding of SDLC,
  Waterfall, or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and
  client-facing skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree
  in Computer Science or related field.
