Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Position Summary:

Client Protection Technology (CPT) is focused on authentication technology for customer facing applications is in search of a Feature Lead who can drive the conversations between the architects and business leaders to provide technical solutions and implement and deploy through production.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery
• Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality
• Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
• Guides the team on work breakdown and execution
• Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria
• Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team
• Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)
• Perform spike/proof of concept to mitigate risk and implement new ideas.
• Analyze test reports, identify any test issues or errors and triage the underlying cause.
• Utilize Gen/AI tools like CoPilot to perform daily tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in Java/J2EE technologies with minimum of 3 year of experience
• Strong Knowledge and expertise in container & cloud technologies like Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS and Azure
• Should have good knowledge of technologies like Spring, Spring Integration, Cassandra, Kafka, MQ, NOSQL & Restful services, WS-Security
• Hands-on experience on tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Splunk, Dynatrace & Autosys etc
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) and Unix/Linux scripting
• Hands-on experience in UI technologies like Angular and React
• Hands-on experience on Code Quality Tools like JUnit, Sonar/Crucible
• Experience with modern development methodology including Agile
• Experience in building ML models from design through production deployment
