We are seeking an experienced Application Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical applications within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of applications that support Prime Brokerage and Equities business functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in application production support, Linux/Unix environments, monitoring and observability tools, scripting, and incident management. This individual will partner closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams to rapidly resolve production issues and drive continuous service improvements.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a high-visibility environment. They will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a sense of urgency during critical incidents, and the ability to effectively support both technical teams and business users. Experience supporting trading, brokerage, or other financial services applications is highly desirable.

This is a Contract position based out of Jersey City, NJ.
The pay range for this position is $40.83 - $40.83/hr.
