Your Contribution

As an Application Process Manager, you ensure that applications effectively support business processes throughout their lifecycle. Working at the interface between Business and IT, you translate requirements into functional concepts and support their implementation in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. You help drive digitalization, process harmonization, and continuous improvement while ensuring that applications remain aligned with business needs and global standards. In this role, you actively shape change, contribute to rethinking energy, and foster collaboration built on team spirit and mutual respect.

Your Mission – what you can expect from us:

• Process Ownership – Taking responsibility for the functional design, continuous improvement, and standardization of application-supported processes in line with business requirements.
• Business & IT Alignment – Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Change Management – Coordinating enhancements and change requests from concept creation through testing, approval, release planning, and implementation.
• Requirements Management – Documenting business requirements and process adaptations in a structured manner and ensuring a smooth handover for technical realization.
• Governance & Improvement – Defining relevant KPIs, supporting key users and training activities, and driving continuous improvement across regions and subsidiaries.

Your Profile – what you bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; alternatively vocational training with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in an interface function between Business and IT, preferably within customer service, logistics, order management, or data management.
• Knowledge of application management and preferably hands-on experience with SAP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and structured solution concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as fluent English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
