Rockland Trust is seeking an Application Platform Analyst with a focus on Salesforce and nCino, serving as both a Platform Analyst and Scrum Master. This role combines hands-on platform administration with Agile delivery and business analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with vendors, architects, technology teams, and business partners to manage delivery in Salesforce, nCino, and related platform products; and will own coordination within and across multiple Agile teams to support delivery of a scalable, compliant solution. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the platform and any related integrated products align with risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Agile delivery across platform-specific Agile teams, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with business partners to manage Salesforce and nCino backlogs, user stories, and sprint priorities.
  • Collaborate with vendor, business, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and create project objectives and timelines.
  • Contribute to DevOps and release processes using tools like Copado (CI/CD, deployments, version control).
  • Ensure solutions align with governance standards including data governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in business process mapping and identify opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
  • Support regulatory, risk, and audit processes by providing required data and documentation and driving issue remediation as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Salesforce and nCino
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices (Scrum Master or team facilitation experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce/nCino administration (configuration, data, security)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado preferred) or similar CI/CD platforms
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams

Preferred

  • nCino Platform, Commercial Banking, and nCino Intelligence certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
