In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering continuous improvements to road control systems by collaborating with TMC operators and vendors to prioritise backlogs, develop improvement roadmaps, and enhance system reliability, safety, incident response, and future readiness of the road network.

  • You will lead the end‑to‑end planning, prioritisation, and delivery of TMC application development and enhancements aligned to business roadmaps, budgets, and timelines.
  • You will drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, efficiency, and release stability through modern SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and secure‑by‑design practices.
  • You will provide technical leadership across solution design, application architecture, and tooling to ensure scalable, compliant, and maintainable systems.
  • You will build high‑performing teams by leading, coaching, and mentoring staff, while developing feasibility assessments and investment cases to support informed decision‑making.
