We are currently looking for a Senior HR Application Manager to join our growing HR System team.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner between HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams, ensuring that our HR systems effectively support business objectives and employee experience. You will play a key role in the evolution, optimization, and governance of our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

As a Senior HR Application Manager, you will:

• Own the administration, maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, providing guidance and support to HR teams, managers, and key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and lead their implementation from design through testing and deployment.
• Drive process optimization initiatives by leveraging SuccessFactors capabilities and best practices.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
• Lead or contribute to HR technology projects, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze system trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Support change management activities, user adoption, training, and communication related to new functionalities and processes.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and adherence to HR system governance standards.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Application Management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Integrations, as well as configuration and support activities across HR modules.
• Understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working on system implementations, integrations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
