For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. In applying for this position, you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Food Ingredients business unit and has been identified to transition to CVC Capital Partners.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead and develop a team of Application Specialists and Technicians across Mexico and Colombia.
• Drive the execution of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
• Partner with Commercial teams to deliver innovative food ingredient solutions that support business growth.
• Lead customer presentations, working sessions, and product demonstrations showcasing IFF's capabilities.
• Manage project pipelines, monitor win rates, and contribute to sales growth through strong technical leadership.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within the food ingredients or food manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years of experience working with processed meat applications.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience managing technical, R&D, or applications teams.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.

• Deep expertise in processed meats, bakery, sauces, dressings, confectionery, and related food categories.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, sensory evaluation, and food regulations.
• Proven ability to influence customers and commercial teams through technical expertise.
• Experience driving project success, improving win rates, and supporting business growth through innovation.
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
