1. 根据项目要求完成应用新项目审批与放行，确保符合平台化开发规范。

1. Complete approval and release of application new projects per project requirements, ensuring compliance with platform-based development specifications.

2. 负责应用项目技术文档及BOM的建立与维护。

2. Responsible for establishment and maintenance of technical documents and BOM for application projects.

3. 按技术规范完成应用项目变更验证。

3. Complete change verification for application projects in accordance with technical specifications.

4. 协同项目经理保障应用项目成本与进度达标。

4. Collaborate with project managers to ensure application projects meet cost and schedule targets.

5. 协调本地生产与欧洲领导工厂、市场部的技术需求适配。

5. Coordinate technical requirement adaptation between local production, European lead plant and marketing department.

6. 优化现有平台应用方案，降低开发与量产成本。

6. Optimize existing platform derivation schemes to reduce development and mass production costs.

Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、汽车、材料等相关工程专业，2-10年汽车行业研发或应用工程相关经验，有平台项目应用管理经验者优先。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Automotive, Materials or other related engineering majors; 2-10 years of relevant experience in automotive R&D or application engineering; experience in platform project application management is preferred.

2. 熟悉汽车产品开发流程（APQP/PPAP优先），掌握平台项目应用逻辑，具备扎实工程知识，有包装相关知识者优先。

2. Familiar with automotive product development processes (APQP/PPAP preferred), master the derivation logic of platform projects, possess solid engineering knowledge; packaging-related knowledge is preferred.

3. 熟练使用CAD软件（如Autocad、UG）及主流办公、工程工具，具备技术文档撰写能力。

3. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Autocad, UG) and mainstream office & engineering tools, with technical document writing ability.

4. 英语听说读写良好，能独立与国外同事开展会议沟通、技术对接及文档往来。

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; able to independently conduct meetings, technical communication and document exchanges with overseas colleagues.

5. 具备良好跨部门沟通协调能力、严谨逻辑思维与细节把控力，有基础项目管理能力，能按计划推进项目落地。

5. Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, rigorous logical thinking and attention to details; basic project management capabilities to promote project implementation as planned.

6.熟练运用流行AI工具解决工作问题者优先录用。
