• Lead and coordinate all technical activities throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, technical negotiations, product demonstrations, and evaluations.

• Develop and deliver professional services, including training sessions and hands-on workshops, to enhance customer productivity and adoption of simulation methodologies.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years (BS), 3 years (MS), or relevant (PhD) professional experience in an engineering software environment.
• Demonstrate experience with Ansys Mechanical/MAPDL, LSDyna and Discovery Simulation or equivalent CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software packages.
• Proven expertise in Mechanical Linear and Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and
• Proven expertise in Pre-processing procedure, with particular focus on Geometry handling for FEA
• Agile in Scripting Languages for Science (Python ecosystem preferred)
• Fluency in English and Italian with strong written and verbal communication skills (additional language skills are welcomed).
• Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in the Design of products and Analysis of performance as a simulation engineer. Ability to travel up to 25% (and potentially up to 50%) of the time, domestic and abroad.
