Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Application Engineer to drive the design, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform. This role combines solution architecture with hands-on system configuration and user support. The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical, able to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring the platform is running smoothly for all users. Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce back and front-end, including reports, dashboards, and system setups
  • Familiarity with Lightning web Components (LWC)/Aura components
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Oversee support issues, monitor system performance, and ensure data integrity

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Several years of functional Salesforce consulting experience
  • Experience in software architecture and technical design in CRM systems
  • Exposure to Apex, SOQL, SOSL and integration concepts (REST, SOAP)
  • Salesforce certifications are highly appreciated
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
