Role Summary

This role is responsible for designing, building, and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions and cloud-native applications that support large user populations. The individual will lead the development of innovative AI-powered products, scalable architectures, and automation capabilities while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex problems. Success in this role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Lead the development of cloud-native applications, APIs, and AI-powered services using modern engineering practices.
• Drive the integration and implementation of AI/LLM technologies within business applications and workflows.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure solutions capable of supporting large-scale user adoption.
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practice initiatives.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Build and enhance deployment pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across application, infrastructure, and AI solution layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define solution strategies and deliver business outcomes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical capability development across engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards, development guidelines, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and champion innovative approaches that create measurable business value.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA).
• Minimum 5 years of related technology experience, including software engineering and solution delivery.
• Experience building and delivering AI solutions that support enterprise-scale environments and large user populations.
• Advanced expertise in AWS cloud services, GitHub, deployment pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), JavaScript, TypeScript, or related programming languages.
• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application design.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments and driving engineering best practices.
