Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of automations, under general supervision.

Core Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation, and support of UiPath automations. Integrates third party products.

• Translates technical specifications into code for complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients. Writes automations, develops code, tests artifacts, and produces reports. Employs software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation.

• Build Agentic AI-based automations

• Thoroughly understands software development methodology. Thoroughly understands development architecture standards.

• Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues. Explains technical considerations at related meetings, including those with internal clients. Performs systems analysis activities.

• Interfaces with cross functional team members and communicates systems issues at the appropriate technical level for each audience.

• Conduct discovery and requirement-gathering sessions

• Interact with business SMEs and stakeholders

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities

• Collaborate with UK and India team members

• Deliver automation solutions across multiple business functions

• Participate in automation strategy discussions

• Provide support during transition and knowledge transfer activities

• Thoroughly understands and complies with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures and verifies that deliverables meet requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing UiPath automations, with 1-3 years’ experience building Agentic AI solutions within the finance industry.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or bachelor’s in computer applications (BCA).

Primary Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable / Must Have)

• UiPath Development (hands-on commercial experience)

• Agentic AI experience using UiPath Agentic Automation (mandatory)

• Power Platform exposure (Power Automate, Power Platform ecosystem)

• End-to-end automation development experience

• Process discovery and automation solution design

• Experience delivering production-grade automation solutions

• Familiarity with API development, integration, and third-party software integration

• Familiarity with GitHub

Primary non-technical skills (Must have - Domain, soft skills etc)

• Strong stakeholder management

• Excellent communication skills

• Business Analysis (BA) skills

• Requirements gathering and discovery workshop facilitation

• Ability to interact with business SMEs and senior stakeholders

• Presentation and consulting mindset

• Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams

Primary Tech Skills (Negotiable/ nice to have)

• Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Claude Code experience

• Seismic experience

• AI-powered automation platforms

• Exposure to Generative AI solutions

• Python (not mandatory, low priority)
