
The position’s mission is to increase orders and sales of Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) to Data Centers. Primary duties include identifying customers' pain points, developing application-level value propositions, nurturing relationships with stakeholders in the Data Center ecosystem, recommending technical solutions focused on (but not limited to) the Air Moving portfolio (backward curve plug fans, forward curve blowers axial fans, etc.), and helping customers qualify RRX solutions. The successful candidate is action-oriented, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player across multiple functions, balancing technical and businessexpertise Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Air Moving Solutions, this individual will be a critical member of the Product Management team, responsible for driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Industry SupportAssist in building andmaintainingrelationships with stakeholders such as OEMs, engineering firms, and operators in the Data Center space.Support the team in promoting RRX products and solutions.
Pre-Sales Technical Assistance:Support basic customer questionsregardingproduct applications (training provided).Help prepare sizing information, product recommendations, or technical materials under guidance from Product Management or Application Engineering.
Customer QualificationWork with Account Managers and the Product team to ensure opportunities are logged, updated, and moving through the sales process.Assistin coordinating communication between customers and internal technical teams.
Value Proposition & Marketing SupportHelp create simple sales tools, presentations, or value messaging focused on customer needs such as energy efficiency, system reliability, and sustainability.Support basic competitive research and help summarize findings for the team.
Customer ExperienceProvide responsive, helpful support to internal and external customers.Assistin follow-up communication to ensure positive customer interactions.
Competitive & Market Research:Help gather and summarize competitor information, industry trends,voice of customer analysis,and gaps in the market to support the development of new product initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, ora relatedfield.
0–2 years of commercial, engineering, or customer-facing experience (internships welcome).
Strong communicationand presentation skills
Customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn technical concepts.
Basic analytical andproblem solvingskills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with HVAC systems, electric motors, or airflow concepts (notrequired; training provided).
Experience with CRM systems or data tools (e.g., Power BI).
