As the link between the Vietnamese market and our office in Singapore, we are currently seeking an Application Engineer CAD/CAM to support our customers in the region of southern Vietnam.

Your main tasks

• Elevate Customer Experiences
  Deliver top-tier technical and after-sales support by consistently providing exceptional service to customers, clients, dealers, and partners in every interaction.
• Pre-Sales Technical Mastery
  Leverage your technical expertise in the pre-sales phase by identifying customer needs through targeted questions and proposing tailored solution examples for specific manufacturing challenges.
• Software Deployment and Customer Empowerment
  Take ownership of the client experience by delivering precise, high-quality service and empowering customers through comprehensive post-sales training to become confident and proficient software users.
• Ingenious Troubleshooting, Sales Growth & Collaborative Market Insight
  Resolve complex technical issues through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and delivering on commitments in line with market trends and timelines.

Your profile

• Work experience
  Experience in the field of CNC machines with machining process knowledge (e.g. as a machine tool operator, precision engineer, tool & die maker) and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, CAM programming experience will be an added advantage
• Personal Skills
  Ability to build positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders, strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex technical issues as well as a good sense of self-organization
• Good sense of exploring business opportunites
  A proactive approach to attracting potential new customers, presenting our software to prospective clients and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Language Skills
  Fluent Vietnamese and basic English to communicate within our international teams
