Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support the development of next-generation AI Agent products by applying LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP, RAG and related technologies to build AI Copilot and Agent applications for semiconductor smart manufacturing scenarios.
• Work with product managers, software engineers and AI specialists to explore practical use cases in factory operations, data analytics, knowledge management and automated decision support.
• Participate in the solution design, feature development, debugging and validation of AI Agent capabilities.
• Develop integration capabilities between agents and internal business systems, data sources or tools.
• Track mainstream AI Agent technologies, validate innovative approaches.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must:

• Bachelor or master student, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Familiar with Python, with basic software development capability and Git experience.
• Basic understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, RAG or agent workflows.
• Experience with at least one of the following is preferred: LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI SDK or MCP.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving capability and ability to read English technical documentation.
