Job Description

  • Configure and manage Generators to create dynamic, personalized system responses based on user input and contextual data.
  • Architect and manage Datastores to persist session and user data, supporting adaptive and context-driven interactions.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, business analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of conversational logic with APIs, databases, and business processes.
  • Perform thorough manual testing and conversation flow optimization, verifying accuracy of intent detection, entity recognition, and backend integration for enhanced chatbot performance.
  • Drive best practices in conversation design, optimization, and NLP (Natural Language Processing) model tuning for improved response accuracy and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to and oversee the migration of conversational platforms (e.g., Khoros to DFCX) ensuring smooth transitions, system integrity, and feature parity.
  • Lead and mentor team members in Dialogflow CX design patterns, integration strategies, and GCP tool utilization.
