Job Characteristics:

Provides contractual service and assists customers with problem solving support regarding the Company’s products/applications/solutions.

Experience and knowledge in Company products.

Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.

Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Sales to prepare new business proposals, and support new innovation trials and launches.

Support Sales Reps (Account Owners) with the implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites.

Education/Work Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or technical field.

Fresh Graduate with no former experience or Field Service Rep with minimum 2 years of experience.

Independence Level/Reports to:

Would report to Area Manager or District Manager.
