We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our team in Germany and support customers through training, technical consulting, and application support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer training (on-site, at our Ettlingen office, or remotely)

  • Provide technical support for GibbsCAM and Virtual Gibbs software

  • Support customers in programming complex CNC machining applications

  • Share best practices in milling, turning, and multi-task machining

  • Develop and improve training materials and learning concepts

  • Collaborate with our international support organization

Your Profile

  • Technical background in machining, manufacturing, or metalworking

  • Hands-on CNC machining experience (milling, turning, multi-task machines)

  • Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus

  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel

  • Fluent German and professional English
