Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cushion design, development &engineering based on Autoliv standards, legal requirements &OEMs requirements
2. Responsible for cushion development of assigned projects, meet cost, timing and quality requirement
3. Further involvement of LLs work, case study, TFC review, Design Review, and share experience to the team
4. Help import good cases of GDP and SWAT validation as soon as possible
5. Comply with manual / auto line product design guidelines
6. Further involvement in Line & Design workshop to improve plant’s capability
7. 支Support SQE to improve cushion supplier technical skill
8. Evaluate engineering change request & report on feasibility and estimate how much time/cost will be impacted
9. Represent cushion engineering in project team and assist project manager with internal project management
10. Support and review the work of assistant cushion engineer
11. Provide technical support to production, in quickly resolving cushion engineering related issues
12. Contribute to continue improvements, innovations and standardization
13. Complete the works arranged by Group manager & Department manager
