金融業向けプロジェクトマネージャー（共創ビジネス推進）

【業務内容】
最上流からお客様と共創し、新たな価値を生み出す事にフォーカスして主に以下の2つの業務を担当して頂きます。
1,お客様はじめステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを取り、新たな価値を生み出す提案活動のリード
2,受注案件のプロジェクト推進
営業、コンサル、関連部署等と組織横断型の提案チームを編成し、お客様とセッションを重ねる事で、お客様の事業目的や業務課題を達成する提案活動を行います。
さらに、受注後にはPMとして開発プロジェクトを最前線で推進し、QCDのコントロールを行いプロジェクトを成功に導きます。
【想定年収】
～約930万円
※月給＋賞与(年2回)別途、時間外労働手当は1分単位で全額支給
※経験・スキルを考慮の上、規定により優遇
【求める要件】
≪必須≫
・20人月以上の規模のJava案件におけるPM経験
≪歓迎≫
・提案フェーズからの参画経験(プリセールスや深耕営業の経験)
・金融業界(銀行・保険・決済)でのシステム開発経験
・アジャイル開発PJのマネジメント経験
