(Based in Woodlands, Singapore)
As a GC Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end testing and validation of Gas Chromatograph (GC) systems. You will serve as the bridge between chemical analysis and engineering, ensuring each unit meets stringent performance, quality, and safety standards before delivery to customers.
Perform independent Runout testing on GC systems and ensure all parameters meet specifications.
Prepare and blend required gas/liquid samples with accurate concentrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and analytical issues during testing.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and lead remote FAT sessions with customers.
Support the GC Engineering team as needed.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety.
Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Basic knowledge of hazardous chemicals and pressurized gases.
Proficiency in Excel; Excel automation or VBA is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
