DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the process qualification on new equipment installations
• Assist in the closure of customer factory acceptance testing (FAT)
• Build understanding of customer OLED product applications and manufacturing processes; identify potential applications
• Assist customer in using products in a way that maximizes customer yields and end product performance
• Provide resolution to customers’ issue, failure analysis and data collection
• Hands-on tool operation and customer tool operation training
• Document and maintain the Printing operation SOP
• Proactively search for and suggest ways to improve future product performance
• Up to 60% travel, including international travel to Kateeva HQ and Korea

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS degree or above in material, chemical engineering, science or EE related.
• 3-5 years technical experience in OLED/Touch/Device or Semiconductor industry, prefer process or product development skills
• With field service experience is a plus.
• Good communication with multinational exposure (English, Mandarin)
• Quality Reliability Assurance, Operations, Planning and knowledge of Ink jet print will be a plus
